The Nano Coated Tube Drawing Dies is made of cemented carbide (WC-Co) as the substrate, using chemical vapour deposition (CVD) to grow a layer of diamond film on the surface of the inner hole of the die and get a brand-new die after precision grinding and polishing of the diamond coating.
It is a kind of die that combines the high strength and toughness of alloy carbide with the super wear resistance of natural diamonds. It has an extremely high finish, up to 8-25 nanometers.
